2. Website Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and a basic implementation of Google Analytics to understand Website traffic, usage, and performance.
The reports available to CYDENiC through these services are aggregated and do not provide us with visitors' names, email addresses, company names, contact-form messages, or other information that directly identifies a particular person.
Vercel Web Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated information about Website activity, such as page views, referral sources, approximate geographic region, browser type, operating system, and device type. CYDENiC does not use Vercel Web Analytics to identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics may process Website sessions and page interactions, browser and device characteristics, approximate geographic location, referral sources, and a first-party identifier used to distinguish browsers and sessions.
CYDENiC uses Google Analytics for basic Website measurement. We do not currently use Google Analytics advertising features, remarketing, Google Signals, user-provided data collection, or advertising-personalization features.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, company names, or contact-form message contents to either Vercel Web Analytics or Google Analytics.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, email and communications providers, security and performance providers, and professional advisers.
The Website is hosted using infrastructure provided by Vercel. Website usage information is processed using Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics. Contact-form submissions are delivered to contact@cydenic.com.
Legal and Protective Purposes
We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; protect the rights, property, security, or safety of CYDENiC or others; investigate suspected fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Corporate Transactions
Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency proceeding, or similar corporate transaction.
With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide your consent.
5. Sale and Targeted Advertising
CYDENiC does not sell personal information submitted through its Website contact form for monetary consideration.
CYDENiC does not currently use contact-form information for targeted advertising or disclose it to third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to enable functionality, maintain security, measure traffic and performance, understand Website interactions, and diagnose technical problems.
The Website does not currently request affirmative cookie consent before basic analytics technologies are used. You may control or delete cookies through your browser settings and may use tools made available by Google to limit Google Analytics collection. Disabling certain technologies may affect Website functionality.
Additional information is provided in the CYDENiC Cookie Policy.
7. Data Retention
We generally retain contact-form submissions and related communications for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, unless a longer retention period is reasonably necessary to comply with law, preserve business records, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or protect CYDENiC's legal rights.
Analytics and technical information may be retained according to the settings and retention periods of the applicable service provider and CYDENiC's configuration of those services.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or processed through the Website.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable legal limitations and exceptions, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or an opt-out from certain forms of processing.
To submit a privacy request, contact privacy@cydenic.com. Please include sufficient information for us to understand and respond to your request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request.
Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by applicable law.
10. Do Not Track and Browser Signals
Some browsers provide Do Not Track signals. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals, the Website may not respond to traditional Do Not Track settings.
