CYDENiC Joins the Claude Partner Network to Advance Governed Enterprise AI
The partnership pairs Claude’s intelligence with CYDENiC’s governed execution — so the work behind an answer can be traced, reproduced, audited, and defended.
McKinney, Texas — July 29, 2026 — CYDENiC today announced that it has joined the Claude Partner Network, Anthropic’s partner ecosystem for organizations helping enterprises adopt and implement Claude.
CYDENiC builds governed execution infrastructure that allows artificial intelligence to perform consequential business work through deterministic, auditable, and reproducible systems.
The company’s architecture separates the intelligence of the language model from the execution of the work. Claude can interpret a request, understand context, coordinate activity, and explain the result, while CYDENiC’s governed processors perform the underlying calculations, apply defined business rules, and execute controlled processes.
This separation allows organizations to benefit from the reasoning and communication capabilities of advanced AI without requiring the language model itself to determine answers that must be correct, repeatable, and auditable.
“Claude is an extraordinarily capable intelligence layer. CYDENiC provides the governed execution layer beneath that intelligence. The model can understand what needs to be done and communicate the result, while our processors ensure that the work itself is performed according to defined logic, authorized data, validated methods, and explicit controls.”
— Michael Prengler, Founder, CYDENiC
CYDENiC’s Ci6 Core processor architecture is designed for business activities in which a plausible answer is insufficient. Each governed determination can be traced to the inputs, logic, methods, and execution path that produced it, allowing the result to be reproduced, audited, and defended.
The company’s current processor portfolio includes governed financial, statistical, accounting, decision modeling, and marketing execution capabilities. These processors support CYDENiC applications and are also being prepared for use by developers building their own AI-enabled products and enterprise systems.
CYDENiC’s flagship financial intelligence application, BLACKBIRD FH, demonstrates the architecture through the analysis of public financial and SEC filing data. The platform allows AI to interact with governed financial and statistical systems rather than attempting to calculate or improvise financial determinations within the language model.
“Enterprise AI will not be trusted because a model sounds confident. It will be trusted when the work behind its answers can be examined, reproduced, and defended. Joining the Claude Partner Network supports our effort to make that governed execution capability available to more businesses and developers.”
— Michael Prengler, Founder, CYDENiC
The Claude Partner Network provides participating organizations with access to resources supporting the development and delivery of Claude-based enterprise solutions. CYDENiC will use its participation to strengthen its Claude integrations and expand the ways developers and organizations can combine advanced model intelligence with governed business execution.
CYDENiC is self-funded and actively developing its processor platform, commercial applications, and developer offerings. Its Governed Determination Architecture and related workforce architecture are the subjects of pending patent applications.
About CYDENiC
CYDENiC builds governed execution infrastructure for artificial intelligence. Its Ci6 Core processors enable AI systems to perform calculations, apply business rules, execute workflows, administer policies, and conduct operational processes through controlled, auditable, and repeatable execution. The AI understands the request, coordinates the work, and communicates the result. CYDENiC performs the work. For more information, visit cydenic.com.
