This site is made by hand. No framework, no build step, no megabyte of JavaScript deciding what you’re allowed to see: just HTML, CSS, and the small bit of script the page actually needs, written on purpose and shipped as written. View source: every line is right there. Nothing minified into a black box, nothing hidden, nothing phoning home.

And a wave to where it all started: the spacer.gifs and the nested tables, the pages hand-typed in Notepad, the wild wild west of 1994. Three decades on, the hands are still on the keys. Same pioneer’s itch as we embark on this incredible new frontier.
